When I was in the workforce, I was fortunate to be exposed to just about every type of organization: corporate, small business (started one up, too) and non-profit.\u00a0 Not to mention growing up in the small business world where my father owned many small businesses from the moment he immigrated to Canada in 1956.<\/p>\n

Small business is driven by entrepreneurs.\u00a0 Entrepreneurs are passionate individuals, innovators, individuals who care, people who get things done and most all, leaders.<\/p>\n
